APC Quantity Surveyor job based in Liverpool working hybrid for a consultancy. You will be joining a national consultancy that provides project management, quantity surveying, engineering design and health and safety, professional services to the built environment. Due to expansion, they are looking to appoint an APC Quantity Surveyor to the Liverpool office.
Your new company works across a mixture of sectors, including commercial, rail, health, education etc. You will work on both pre- and post-contract work. You will be able to independently manage the scope and changes to projects with limited support.
- Able to implement ideas for efficiency and process improvements
- Responsible for the set-up and scope of new projects
- Can identify H&D risks within a project
- Monitor project interdependencies and key relationships
- Can lead a project internally and highlight the commercial parameters of risks / opportunities to the project lead
