My client, a forward-thinking manufacturing business, is seeking a professional order processor to join their very successful team on a permanent basis. Based near Speke and offering free parking, you will be working from large offices and joining a fast-paced professional environment.
The position is offered full time Monday to Friday with a hybrid model in place, working from home every Friday. The main purpose of this role is to process and manage sales orders from receipt to delivery and ensure all customers receive exemplary service.
- Manage order processing tasks on a daily basis
- Deal with all customer enquiries
- Produce all export documentation as required by the country of destination and terms of sale and ensure that the company meets all the export regulatory and legal requirements
- Liaise with Area Sales Managers to ensure all orders are processed and customer information is correct
- Daily interaction with all different departments, sales managers, customers via email and telephone
- General office administration
- Data entry
- Dealing with HM Customs
- Prepare and issue documentation including Shipment Advice, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Manufacture, Phytosanitary Certificate, Insurance Certificates
- Producing Shipping/Delivery notes and invoices
