This will include both private and public work. You will have the opportunity to run your own cases under supervision and you will advise on divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships, financial remedy proceedings, private children matters, cohabitation disputes, separation agreements, pre and postnuptial agreements, and domestic abuse injunctions. In addition, you will draft court documents, witness statements and will conduct legal research. The role will also see you attend court hearings, mediations and conferences with counsel. What you'll need to succeedYou should be a family lawyer at NQ+ level with a good base of matrimonial experience.
