Your new roleAs a Catastrophic Injury Lawyer, you will manage a caseload of high-value and complex personal injury claims, handling matters from initial instruction through to settlement. You will work on litigated and non-litigated files involving serious and life-changing injuries, while collaborating with senior lawyers, medical experts, counsel and rehabilitation professionals to secure the best outcomes for clients. Managing a caseload of complex personal injury claims from inception to conclusion. Progressing litigated and pre-litigation matters efficiently and proactively. Drafting legal documentation, witness statements and schedules of loss. Maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal procedural requirements. What you'll need to succeedYou will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience handling personal injury matters, ideally including complex and litigated claims. Strong litigation and case management skills. Ambition to develop a career within complex and catastrophic injury litigation.
