Your new roleAs part of its continued plans for further growth, the firm is looking to appoint a commercial contracts lawyer to handle a broad range of commercial contracts, SaaS agreements, franchising and outsourcing agreements and joint ventures. You can look forward to working with a client base that spans multiple sectors. You will work closely with partners and other team members and will have the opportunity to get 'hands on' experience with clients. The firm and team are proactive in terms of practice development and so you will have real scope to get involved in practice development initiatives.
What you'll need to succeedYou should be a commercial contracts lawyer with 2+ years' PQE or operating up to and including Legal Director level. With well rounded technical skills, you will be able to provide clients with commercial solutions.
