QS required to join this leading specialist Contractor in Liverpool. An established contractor with a strong reputation in building maintenance and refurbishment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced QS to come and join this team.
They are a long established Contractor, with deep experience in delivering quality and working with long-established relationships in the Construction industry.
You’ll be working on a variety of projects across multiple sectors, supporting the commercial function from initial enquiry through to final account.

Reporting into the Commercial Director, you'll have strong Commercial skills and be used to running your own projects.
Requirements:
- Degree-level qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel; familiarity with project planning tools is a plus)
- Full, clean driving licence
