Prepare monthly management accounts and supporting financial reporting packs. Post and review journals, balance sheet reconciliations and VAT returns. Reconcile intercompany balances and support multi-entity accounting requirements. Review suspense accounts and maintain a clear and accurate audit trail. Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, improve efficiencies and support automation initiatives. Work collaboratively with operational teams to develop a strong understanding of business performance drivers. Produce meaningful financial information and insights to support management decision-making. Support ongoing finance transformation and business integration projects. ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or part-qualified with relevant industry experience. ~2-5 years' experience within an accounting or finance environment. ~ Experience preparing management accounts and financial reconciliations. ~ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. ~ Hybrid working arrangement.
