Your new company Hays Senior Finance are recruiting for a fast-growing, highly innovative company in Lincoln to provide interim support in the accounts team.
Your new role involves reporting to the Financial Controller and will include responsibilities such as:
- Budgeting and forecasting (including rolling forecasts)
- Long-range planning
- Producing clear insights to support strategic decision-making
- Developing FP&A models, including 3-way financial models
- Automating and enhancing reporting (including dashboards and board packs)
- Translating complex financial data into meaningful business insight
- Supporting month-end/year-end processes
- Statutory reporting
- Balance sheet control
- Fixed assets
- Tax compliance
- Treasury activities
What you'll need to succeed:
- You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong analytical capability
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
- Proven experience operating at FC/FD level in interim roles
- Confidence, proactivity, detail-focus, and comfort in a fast-paced environment
This role is all office-based.
