Your new company Hays Senior Finance are working with a leading Lincoln company to recruit an FP&A Manager.
Your new role involves:
- Leading all forward-looking financial activity, including annual budgeting, rolling and quarterly forecasts, and long-term strategic planning.
- Shaping financial strategy and supporting senior leaders with high-quality insights.
- Building and maintaining robust financial models.
- Producing clear and impactful management and board reports.
- Translating complex financial information into meaningful insights for non-finance stakeholders.
- Overseeing month-end performance analysis, cashflow forecasting, working capital and capex reporting, and risk and opportunity tracking.
- Focusing on process improvement and automation, enhancing reporting, dashboards, and financial systems.
- Working closely with senior leaders and budget holders across the business, acting as a trusted finance partner and supporting strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
What you'll need to succeed:
- A qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with significant FP&A experience.
- Strong financial modelling skills and the ability to influence at senior level.
- Analytical strength, commercial mindset, and confidence operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent communication and a proactive, improvement-focused mindset.
- Living in close commute to the Lincoln area as the role is all office-based.
