You’ll take responsibility for your own area, planning work for field-based technicians and making sure each job is booked in at the right time, in the right place, with the customer always in mind.
You’ll be speaking with customers, technicians and colleagues across the business, building relationships and keeping everyone informed. If you have not worked in planning before, that is absolutely fine.
