We are seeking an experienced property professional to lead and manage a varied portfolio of commercial and residential lettings, including office accommodation and temporary/social housing. This role is responsible for maximising occupancy, minimising void periods, and ensuring all properties are maintained to a high standard while remaining fully compliant with statutory and contractual requirements. A strong focus on tenant engagement and delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service is essential.
- Property & Tenancy Management / Void Management.
- Monitor performance, analyse trends, and recommend improvements to increase utilisation.
- Coordinate marketing and promotion of available properties and liaise with internal housing teams.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health & safety, housing legislation, and data protection.
- Support the sourcing and acquisition of additional properties in line with strategic objectives.
- Conduct market research and financial appraisals to inform investment decisions.
- Oversee onboarding and integration of new properties into the portfolio.
- Work closely with internal teams including Housing, Property Services, and Finance, as well as external partners to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Proven experience within commercial lettings, property management, or social housing. Strong understanding of property legislation, tenancy agreements, and compliance requirements. Experience managing budgets, income targets, and financial performance. Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and performance analysis.
