As the Lettings Co-Ordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that properties are maintained to a high standard and that tenants receive a responsive and effective service. You will be responsible for scheduling repairs and coordinating a range of property maintenance activities, working closely with contractors and internal colleagues to make sure work is completed efficiently.
