Your new role
As an SCCM / Windows Systems Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining enterprise-level endpoint and system management environments. You will be responsible for software packaging, deployment, and configuration management across Windows environments, ensuring systems are secure, compliant, and operating efficiently. Working as part of a wider engineering team, you will also support Microsoft System Center components and contribute to the ongoing stability and performance of the platform. This role requires full-time, on-site presence in Leicester or Hursley, working within a secure environment.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong experience with SCCM, including software packaging and deployment
- Solid understanding of Windows client configuration and administration
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft System Center (including SCOM)
- Experience using PowerShell for automation and scripting
- Knowledge of building and supporting Windows Server environments
- Ability to monitor system performance
