Your new school Your new school is a specialist provision supporting children and young people aged 5-19 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Many pupils also have additional needs including Autism (ASD), ADHD, communication difficulties, and behavioural challenges. The school offers a therapeutic, nurturing environment focused on helping pupils develop confidence, resilience, and positive relationships. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across a broad age range, helping them access learning, regulate emotions, and achieve their individual goals. Working closely with teachers and therapeutic staff, you will provide both 1:1 and small group support, promote positive behaviour, and help create a safe and engaging learning environment.
