With projects ranging up to £2 million and a reputation for excellence, the practice combines technical expertise with a highly personalised approach.
You will join a dedicated, supportive, and ambitious team, with the chance to work on exceptionally rewarding projects.
As Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role within the team, taking responsibility for both leading a group of designers and delivering your own high-quality projects. You will be involved in concept design through to delivery, ensuring all work meets the organisation's robust quality standards. Operating nationally, you will manage a varied workload and travel regularly to project sites. This is a key position within the architectural function, offering the opportunity to influence team growth, contribute to leadership discussions, and shape the continued success of the department.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience in a senior or leadership role within an architectural environment.
- The ability to manage, mentor and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong residential design skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of Building Regulations, Accessible Design, and technical detailing.
- Confident communication skills to engage with clients, consultants, solicitors, and regulatory bodies.
- AutoCAD proficiency and NBS Specification knowledge.
- Contract administration experience (advantageous).
You will also be ambitious, dynamic, and motivated, with a desire to contribute to both project excellence and wider business growth.
