Hays are pleased to be partnering with a specialist personal injury firm who are seeking a passionate and skilled Legal Advisor to join their Serious Injury Team.

Core Responsibilities:
– Managing a caseload of multi-track personal injury claims
– Liaising with police, witnesses, and medical experts
– Preparing cases for litigation and attending court hearings
– Supervising paralegals and ensuring high standards of legal work/client care
– Applying strategic legal analysis and negotiating settlements
Candidates should have:
– Proven experience in serious injury/multi-track personal injury casework as a qualified solicitor or an experienced non-qualified professional with a strong background in handling serious injury cases.
– Strong legal and client care skills
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities
– Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
