Advising employers on a broad range of employment law mattersManaging Employment Tribunal litigation from inception through to resolutionProviding strategic and commercially focused advice on employee relations issuesDrafting and reviewing contracts of employment, policies and settlement agreementsSupporting corporate transactions with employment law expertiseBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsDelivering client training, seminars and employment law updatesSupporting and mentoring junior members of the teamContributing to business development and profile-raising initiativesWhat you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified Employment Solicitor with strong experience advising employer clients on a wide range of employment law matters.
