We’re looking for driven, resilient sales talent to join our client's high-energy team on a temporary basis - helping them grow their membership. If you love outbound sales, thrive on hitting targets, and want a role where your effort directly drives success (and rewards), this could be your next move.
This role is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with the expectation to work from the office 1 day a week from day 1.
Your new role
- Hitting the phones & inbox: High-volume outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to engage prospects
- Opening doors: Identify and qualify new business opportunities with SME builders
- Owning the pipeline: Use smart questioning to build a strong flow of qualified leads
- Building trust: Develop relationships that convert into sales
- Creating tailored proposals: Show prospects exactly how they can support their business
- Keeping things slick: Manage CRM (Dynamics) and all sales admin with precision
- Smashing targets: Daily, monthly, quarterly goals - and rewards to match
- Working as a team: Partner with marketing and sales colleagues for success
