The predicted salary is between 18 - 22 £ per hour.

You will be working through Hays as a Senior Executive PA to 2 C-Suite Directors within a financial institution. This role is to start as soon as possible and likely to be for a minimum of 2 months.

This role requires a minimum of 2 days a week working in office (LS1), but you will need to be flexible and adaptable on office-working days, particularly as you are onboarded into the business.

Working under the Chief of Staff and alongside an established team of Executive PAs, you will be responsible for supporting 2 senior C-Suite Executives. This is not just a role requiring diary management and travel booking; you will work autonomously to support and prioritise the time of your Execs, quickly getting to grips with what is important to them and their roles.

You will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate events, board meetings and travel booking. You will be proactive in forward planning and foreseeing requirements to ensure smooth transitions between tasks and events.

  • Proven experience of working in a fast-paced Executive PA role
  • Ideally, some exposure to work within the financial or regulated sector
  • Knowledge of a range of IT systems including Microsoft 365, Teams and Outlook

Immediate start £18.50-£22.50 an hour + holiday pay
