We are recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to work on a day-to-day supply basis in primary schools across West Yorkshire, starting from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy the variety and flexibility of supply work while making a positive impact in local schools.

The Role

As a day-to-day supply Teaching Assistant, you will support learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, working alongside class teachers to:

  • Support pupils individually and in small groups
  • Assist with classroom activities and behaviour management
  • Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
  • Adapt quickly to different school settings and routines

Assignments can vary from single days to short-term cover, depending on school needs and your availability.

We Are Looking For

  • Experience working with children in a primary school setting (preferred)
  • A flexible, proactive, and professional approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
  • Relevant TA qualification or experience (desirable but not essential)
