This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and commercially focused pricing professional to lead an established team while driving pricing strategy, profitability and business growth across the organisation.Working closely with senior leadership, finance, sales and operational teams, you will play a key role in shaping commercial decision-making and ensuring pricing strategies align with wider business objectives.Your new roleKey responsibilities will include:Leading and developing a team of Pricing Analysts, providing coaching, mentoring and performance management.Owning the pricing strategy across multiple products and services, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.Driving pricing performance through detailed analysis of revenue, margin and customer behaviour.Identifying commercial opportunities and risks and providing actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.Developing, enhancing and maintaining pricing models and analytical frameworks.Leading pricing projects from concept through implementation and post-launch review.Working closely with senior stakeholders across finance, sales, marketing and operations to optimise pricing decisions.Monitoring competitor activity and market trends to ensure the business remains competitively positioned.Producing and presenting commercial insight, business cases and strategic recommendations to executive leadership teams.Driving continuous improvement across pricing methodologies, systems, controls and reporting processes.Establishing a high-performing and collaborative pricing function that supports future business growth.What you'll need to succeedSignificant experience within a Pricing Manager, Senior Pricing Analyst, Pricing Lead or Commercial Pricing role.Proven experience leading, developing and mentoring teams.Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering profitability and revenue improvements through effective pricing strategies.Experience influencing senior stakeholders and supporting strategic decision-making.Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities.Experience working with data visualisation and analytical tools.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge and influence at all levels.A proactive and collaborative leadership style.What you'll get in return75,000 - 85,000 salary.Hybrid working model with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.35-hour working week.26 days annual leave plus bank holidays.Annual bonus scheme.Competitive pension contribution.Private healthcare and wider benefits package.The opportunity to shape and lead a growing pricing function.Excellent career progression opportunities within a highly successful business.What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion regarding your career. # - Laura Hawksworth
