Working closely with senior leadership, finance, sales and operational teams, you will play a key role in shaping commercial decision-making and ensuring pricing strategies align with wider business objectives.Leading and developing a team of Pricing Analysts, providing coaching, mentoring and performance management.Owning the pricing strategy across multiple products and services, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.Driving pricing performance through detailed analysis of revenue, margin and customer behaviour.Identifying commercial opportunities and risks and providing actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.Leading pricing projects from concept through implementation and post-launch review.Working closely with senior stakeholders across finance, sales, marketing and operations to optimise pricing decisions.Monitoring competitor activity and market trends to ensure the business remains competitively positioned.Producing and presenting commercial insight, business cases and strategic recommendations to executive leadership teams.What you'll need to succeedSignificant experience within a Pricing Manager, Senior Pricing Analyst, Pricing Lead or Commercial Pricing role.Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering profitability and revenue improvements through effective pricing strategies.Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities.Experience working with data visualisation and analytical tools.Hybrid working model with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.26 days annual leave plus bank holidays.Annual bonus scheme.Competitive pension contribution.Private healthcare and wider benefits package.Excellent career progression opportunities within a highly successful business.
