This role is based in Leeds, working 9am-5pm Monday-Friday with 1 day office-based giving you a strong work balance and autonomy.
Joining the established sales team, you will be helping build the membership base of the organisation through an effective sales strategy, prospecting and identifying new opportunities in the market.
Effective usage of CRM systems to track and close sales leads.
With a proven track record in a sales environment, you will be able to lead by example and support the sales manager in the training, mentoring and coaching of new starters in the business.
Proven track record of consistently achieving/exceeding sales targets within a telesales, membership, or business development environment.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience of CRM systems - Microsoft Dynamics is desirable.
Previous experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting colleagues within a sales team.
