We are looking for an experienced, sales-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Technology team in our Leeds office, as we continue to grow following recent investment in our STEM divisions. As a specialist recruiter you will lead business development activities within the Private Sector, build talent pools of the best in-demand leadership and Change & Transformation professionals and cross-sell Hays solutions as well as seek out opportunities for PSL and MSP supply.

You will actively seek out and meet with Recruitment teams, Directors, line managers, and other key stakeholders. You will be recruiting the best and most experienced candidates for contract roles within this busy sector.

The Leeds office services a number of industries including Finance, Construction, Property, Legal, HR, Education, Business Support and Technology. A short walk from the train station, the office is complete with secure bike locker, showers, breakout area and lounge, booths for team meetings and a furnished rooftop where the team regularly take part in activities and celebrations.

  • Identifying and building partnerships with new clients and candidates and supporting them through the recruitment process.
  • Sourcing new candidates and conducting thorough interviews – utilising our world-class CRM database system and a variety of additional Recruitment tools.
  • Handling the full recruitment process - from shortlisting through to offering the successful candidate their new job and supporting them through the on-boarding process.

You will have 12 months' experience as a Recruitment Consultant or above as well as a proven track record in business development. You will be a highly driven, ambitious, and inspiring individual who can drive success in those around you and navigate the highs and lows of recruitment with resilience.
