I’m working on exciting Front of House Receptionist opportunities within a corporate, professional environment in Leeds city centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a hospitality or customer service background who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing role.

The Role: You’ll play a key part in delivering a world-class front-of-house experience, supporting everything from reception and concierge services through to meeting room and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming clients and guests, delivering a professional and friendly first impression
  • Managing meeting room bookings, set-ups, and configurations
  • Coordinating catering, AV, and equipment for meetings and events
  • Supporting clients with in-room technology, including teams and video conferencing
  • Troubleshooting AV issues and liaising with technical teams
  • Providing a concierge-style service (taxis, restaurants, general queries)
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of meetings and events
  • Liaising with internal teams including facilities, catering, and IT
  • Maintaining presentation and organisation of all client-facing areas
  • Handling enquiries via phone and email efficiently
  • Carrying out general administrative tasks and reporting

About You:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, front of house, or customer-facing roles
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office and AV systems (desirable)
  • Proactive, professional, and detail-oriented
  • A real team player with a “can-do” attitude
