Your new role

You will take a lead role in the design and technical delivery of architectural projects, working across a variety of sectors.

This position will suit a design-focused professional with strong technical capability and proven experience in project delivery.

Key responsibilities include

  • Managing projects from inception through to completion
  • Producing and coordinating detailed drawings and specifications
  • Leading project teams and mentoring junior staff (Part I & II Assistants)
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Supporting business development through networking and existing client relationships
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and in line with regulations
  • What you'll need to succeed
  • ARB/RIBA qualified Architect with 5+ years' post-Part III UK experience
  • Strong experience working in a project delivery role
  • Proven ability in client-facing and networking activities
  • Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
  • Experience within the commercial and/or education sectors (desirable)
  • Proficiency in Revit (essential), Auto CAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Suite
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Highly motivated with a proactive approach to work
