As a Private Client Tax Advisory Manager, you’ll join a specialist team providing personal tax advisory services to a diverse client base, including business owners, trustees, and high-net-worth individuals. This role focuses on building strong relationships and delivering pragmatic, holistic advice.

  • Reviewing tax reports prepared by junior team members
  • Managing WIP analysis and billing processes
  • Ensuring files meet quality standards for QCR purposes
  • Liaising with HMRC on client matters
  • Supporting partners with advisory projects such as shareholder profit extraction, succession planning, and relocation strategies
  • Identifying opportunities for business development across tax and other service lines

What you'll need to succeed:

  • A relevant professional qualification (CTA or equivalent experience)
  • Extensive experience in personal tax services
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative solutions
  • Experience identifying business development opportunities
  • Familiarity with CCH Central for personal tax (advantageous)
