I am working with a client to recruit a part-time Receptionist. Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with an occasional requirement to cover additional days (up to 5 days when needed).

About the Role

I am seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organised Receptionist to provide ongoing front-of-house support at our busy Head Office. This is a long-term temporary role working Monday to Wednesday, with some flexibility required to cover holidays, sickness, or business needs on other days from time to time. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you’ll play an important part in creating a welcoming and efficient reception experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors and managing the reception area
  • Answering incoming calls and transferring them to the relevant person or department
  • Managing the visitor sign-in process
  • Handling incoming mail and deliveries where required
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team
  • Ensuring the reception area remains tidy, professional, and well-presented
  • Offering flexible cover on additional days when needed
