Temporary Lead Generator

Location: LS26

Pay: £13.50 per hour + commission

Type: Hybrid

We’re looking for driven, resilient sales talent to join our client's high-energy team on a temporary basis - helping them grow their membership. If you love outbound sales, thrive on hitting targets, and want a role where your effort directly drives success (and rewards), this could be your next move.

This role is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with the expectation to work from the office 1 day a week from day 1.

  • Hitting the phones & inbox: High-volume outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to engage prospects
  • Opening doors: Building trust and developing relationships that convert into sales
  • Show prospects exactly how they can support their business
  • Manage CRM (Dynamics) and all sales admin with precision
  • Partner with marketing and sales colleagues for success

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation or outbound telesales
  • Confidence with cold calling & high-volume outreach
  • A natural communicator with a winning phone manner
  • CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics a bonus)
