Join a leading telecommunications company as an IT Administrator! We are seeking an IT Administrator to join our client’s team. In this role, you will manage user access, identity governance, and ensure compliance with security standards. You’ll play a key part in safeguarding sensitive information and supporting critical business operations.
Contract Details:
- Rate: £175 per day (inside IR35)
- Location: Leeds (hybrid – first week fully on-site, then once per week)
- Contract Length: Until 31/03/2025 (with visibility to extend)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of user identities (provisioning, de-provisioning, RBAC).
- Execute Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes for accurate access control.
- Create and maintain access IDs for contractors and partner suppliers.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with SOX and GDPR regulations.
- Provide first-line support for identity-related issues and troubleshoot access problems.
- Configure and maintain IAM tools such as Active Directory, Okta, and Azure AD.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve system integration issues.
Key Requirements:
- Strong administrative and data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Compliance awareness (SOX preferred) and ability to support audits.
- Proficient in MS Office 365 and Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies quickly.
- Experience with IAM tools (Active Directory, Okta, Azure AD) desirable but not essential.
