Your new company is a respected, independent property services firm with a long history and a strong reputation for quality and client care. Operating across the UK, it provides a full range of residential and commercial services including valuations, surveys, sales, lettings, management and specialist professional advice. This opportunity is within their valuations department and will be focused on delivering valuation services across Norfolk.

Your new role involves delivering high-quality RICS Red Book valuations across a broad range of commercial asset types. The role includes providing expert advice for secured lending, financial reporting, acquisitions and disposals, development appraisal, strategic asset management and specialist valuation purposes. This is a senior fee-earning position requiring strong technical capability, commercial awareness and the ability to manage complex instructions independently. This role is based from home and you will be responsible for instructions across the Norfolk patch.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • MRICS and a RICS Registered Valuer.
  • Local market knowledge and proven ability to work independently.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to inspections in Norfolk.
