Your role
Are you a roadshow specialist who is confident working at pace, delivering complex and high-profile roadshows to a very professional standard? Do you thrive under pressure, have a passion for organisation and the ability to handle responsibility right from the start? We are looking for someone with these skills to:
- Deliver a variety of roadshow products to include Deal, Non-Deal, Pilot fishing, Reverse Roadshows/Field Trips, Investor Days and Expert Speaker Sessions.
- Handle all event logistics across virtual, hybrid and live formats – agenda, evites, suppliers (tech and otherwise), travel/accommodation, including flights, ground transportation, hotel bookings, visa applications, compliance requirements etc for the management of corporates and speakers.
- Create, manage and distribute schedules using our BTS system.
- Manage project budgets and consolidate final costings.
- Work in conjunction with the Corporate Access Desk, Research Analysts, Sales teams, ECM and DCM teams to plan and fill schedules, pre-empt issues and manage live schedules.
- Arrange production and delivery of presentation material.
Your team
You’ll be working in the IB Marketing Execution team in London. The team is responsible for the delivery of roadshows, conferences and events to help drive business revenues and support business, product and sector objectives. We have teams in cities across the world, covering three regions: The Americas, APAC, and EMEA.
Your experience and skills
- Excellent organisational skills, an eye for detail and work well under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple and complex projects simultaneously.
- Experience in virtual and face to face delivery essential.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working independently as well as with the wider team.
- Excellent knowledge of the event market and trends in EMEA.
You are:
- A collaborative team player with a can do proactive approach, willing to get the job done regardless of how big or small the task.
- Skilled at developing trusted relationships with others.
