An established housing provider in the Leeds area is seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Electrician to join their Property Services team. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical repairs and maintenance across a portfolio of domestic properties.
The Role
- Carry out a variety of electrical maintenance tasks, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to professional standards.
- Complete day-to-day electrical repairs and maintenance.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
- Install, replace, or repair electrical fixtures, fittings, and appliances.
- Participate in an on-call rota for emergency repairs.
- Maintain van stock and update job details via digital systems.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
- 2391 Inspection & Testing (or 2394/2395 equivalent).
- Experience in domestic or social housing maintenance.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Company van and fuel card provided. Full-time position with a 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday (8:00am–4:30pm). On-call allowances and generous holiday entitlement included.
