Your new roleYou will handle a caseload of complex Employers' Liability and Public Liability claims, including litigated and higher-value matters. Managing a caseload of complex EL/PL claims from instruction through to conclusion. Preparing detailed legal advice and litigation strategies for insurer clients. What you'll need to succeedQualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 2-6 years' PQE.Experience handling defendant EL/PL claims (preferable)Strong technical litigation skills and a sound understanding of EL/PL claims.
