Your new roleAs Corporate Tax
Senior Manager, you will work closely with the Tax Partners and Directors,
taking responsibility for leading the corporation tax compliance function
within the Liverpool office. You will play a key role in ensuring a
high-quality service is delivered to clients while supporting the development
of junior team members. Key responsibilities
include: Managing the
corporate tax compliance process for a varied client portfolioOverseeing the
preparation and review of corporation tax computations and returnsReviewing tax
accounting disclosures and ensuring compliance requirements are metActing as a key
point of contact for clients, dealing with tax queries, enquiries and technical
mattersIdentifying tax
advisory opportunities arising from compliance workSupporting and
mentoring junior team members, including performance development and study
progressionWorking closely with
corporate tax advisory, personal tax and wider advisory teams to provide a
comprehensive client serviceBuilding and
maintaining strong client relationships while delivering technical excellence
and commercial valueWhat you'll need to succeedTo be successful in
this role, you will ideally have: CTA, ACA or ACCA
qualificationPost-qualified
experience within a corporate tax role in practiceStrong technical
corporate tax knowledgeExperience reviewing
corporation tax computations and tax accounting workPrevious experience
supervising or mentoring junior staffExcellent
communication skills with the confidence to engage with clients at all levelsStrong
report-writing and written communication abilitiesExcellent
organisational and time management skillsA proactive and
commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to add value to
clientsA genuine passion
