Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload across complex disputes
- Support strategic client relationships and business development
- Handle high-value litigation, including High Court and multi-track matters
- Mentor and supervise junior lawyers
- Develop client relationships and contribute to the growth of the Leeds practice
- Engage in ADR, mediation and settlement negotiations
Key requirements
- 6+ years' PQE in commercial litigation
- Experience handling complex/high-value disputes
- Autonomy in managing matters
- Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement
- Strong advocacy, drafting and negotiation abilities
- Commercial mindset with interest in business development
