Responsibilities
- Advising on a broad range of commercial contracts (supply, services, technology/IP, framework, strategic partnering)
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Support for both public and private sector clients
- Assisting with commercial due diligence as part of corporate transactions
- Building and maintaining client relationships through direct contact
- Collaboration with national commercial and sector-focused teams
- Supporting business development and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Managing multiple priorities and delivering high‑quality advice within deadlines
- Ongoing development of technical and commercial knowledge through training and experience
