The RoleThis exciting opportunity will involve teaching a mixed Year 1 and Year 2 class of 26 pupils, whilst also having the opportunity to contribute towards the leadership and development of Key Stage 1. The role is initially until Christmas, however there is potential for the position to be extended for the right candidate. ? What We're Looking ForWe are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and inspirational teacher who: ?? Has recent experience teaching within Key Stage 1 ?? Has experience delivering or training in Read Write Inc. (RWI) phonics (highly desirable) ?? Demonstrates excellent classroom management and leadership potential ?? Has high expectations for pupil achievement and progress ?? Can contribute positively to a supportive and collaborative school culture. ?? Is passionate about improving outcomes for all children ??
