My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy who require Lead Full Stack Engineers to join a business-critical programme for an end client within the public sector.
Key Requirements:
- Proven commercial experience working as a Lead Full Stack Engineer within the Public Sector.
- Active SC Clearance.
- Previous experience leading and coaching engineering teams, promoting good engineering practices, guiding technical decision-making, and contributing to the developer community.
- Expertise in designing, building, and maintaining full-stack solutions for public-sector digital services, owning features from development through release.
- The ability to select appropriate technologies and patterns, decide when and how software should be built, and ensure scalable, secure designs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with clients and delivery teams in a fast-paced, contract-driven environment with high interaction and accountability.
- Hands-on development using modern front-end and back-end technologies (e.g. TypeScript, React, Node/Java, APIs, databases).
- Strong experience building and operating solutions in cloud environments (primarily AWS), using infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
