This is an excellent opportunity for you to join a fast-paced, commercially driven environment where finance plays a key role in influencing performance and supporting strategic growth.Your new roleAs Management Accountant, you'll take ownership of monthly financial reporting, management accounts production, balance sheet reconciliations and business performance analysis.
Working closely with senior finance leaders and operational stakeholders, you'll provide meaningful insight that helps drive revenue growth, profitability and informed decision-making.This is far more than a traditional month-end role.
You'll be partnering with key stakeholders across the business, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, identifying financial risks and opportunities, and helping improve reporting processes as the organisation continues to grow.Key responsibilities will include:Production of monthly management accountsOwnership of balance sheet reconciliations and controlsCommercial analysis and performance reportingBusiness partnering with operational and commercial teamsSupporting audit and financial governanceContinuous improvement of reporting processes and systemsWhat you'll need to succeedTo be successful, you'll have previous experience in a Management Accountant position with strong month-end and balance sheet expertise.You'll ideally be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving commercial environment.You'll also possess:Strong management accounting experienceExcellent balance sheet reconciliation skillsAdvanced analytical and problem-solving abilitiesConfidence communicating with non-finance stakeholdersA proactive and commercially focused mindsetStrong Excel and financial systems knowledgeWhat you'll get in returnYou'll join a highly successful and growing organisation that offers genuine career development opportunities, exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to make a real impact on business performance.
