Our client is looking for a hard-working and reliable individual to join their site team, on a housing development in the Swadlincote (DE11) area.
Your day-to-day duties will include elements
of hands-on semi-skilled work, such as carrying out pre-plasters in housing plots on site and assisting other tradesmen. General labourer tasks such as keeping the compound area clean and tidy along with minor welfare duties when there are important H&S visits on site.
To be successful for this role you will need:
– A valid CSCS Card.
– Have previous experience carrying out pre-plasters on a housing site
– A positive attitude when working on site
– Be consistent with your work performance and attendance. A minimum of 2 previous related work references from old employers related to residential site work.
