Your new role
As a Housing Site Labourer, you will be an essential part of the construction team, ensuring the smooth operation of housing projects. Your responsibilities will include site preparation, material handling, and supporting skilled tradespeople. This role is based in Mansfield (NG18) and offers a great opportunity to work on exciting new-build projects.
Location: Mansfield - NG18
Working Hours: Monday–Friday 07:00–17:00, 1-hour unpaid break, 45 hours paid per week
Pay:
- PAYE: £12.60/hr holiday pay - £13.50/hr holiday pay
- Umbrella: £15.85 - £17.00
NO CIS/UTR/Self-employment/LTD AVAILABLE
Length of Contract: Over a year left on the project
What you'll need to succeed
- Valid CSCS Card (Green minimum)
- Valid right to work in the UK
- Minimum 1 reference from a previous employer (e.g., Site Manager)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Preferable UK Driving Licence
- Experience with pre-plastering plots
