Are you passionate about supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? We're recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant secondary school in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering structured interventions, supporting emotional wellbeing, and helping students reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support for students with SEMH needs.
- Deliver structured intervention programmes tailored to individual learning plans.
- Work closely with SENCOs, teachers, and pastoral teams to monitor progress and adapt support.

Essential Requirements:

- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with staff across the school.
- Relevant SEN training or qualifications (desirable but not essential).
