Hays Education is looking for enthusiastic, proactive Cover Supervisors to support a range of vibrant secondary schools across Northamptonshire. Whether you're an aspiring teacher, a recent graduate, or someone with proven experience working with young people, this is a fantastic way to build your classroom skills while enjoying the freedom of flexible work.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson work in the teacher's absence
- Keeping students engaged, focused, and on track
- Managing behaviour effectively using school policies
- Ensuring any safeguarding concerns are reported to the DSL promptly
