What you'll learn on the job:- Support and improve business and IT systems used on a live manufacturing site
- Understand how incidents, problems, and system changes are handled in the real world
- Get involved in small projects and change releases
- Use reporting and tracking to understand what's working (and what isn't)
- Learn IT service management (ITIL / ITSM) in both Agile and Waterfall environments
- Work with tools like Confluence, MS tools (including AI), and service dashboards
