Contract Details
- Rate: £250 per day (inside IR35)
- Location: Reading (hybrid – 3 times per week on-site)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks (with visibility to extend)
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse home-to-office mileage data to assess the impact of location changes.
- Cleanse and validate workforce data in Oracle to ensure accurate classification (home, field, office workers).
- Identify employees whose contracted base location differs from their nearest office and recommend changes.
- Support cost modelling for additional travel expenses due to office moves.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure data alignment with policy.
- Produce clear reports and spreadsheets to support strategic decision-making.
- Present findings in a concise and actionable format to senior stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualisation.
- Experience working with large datasets and drawing meaningful insights.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to interpret data and produce clear, structured reports.
- Familiarity with Oracle or similar data systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
