About the Role:A trusted provider of property maintenance and damp solutions, is seeking a Multi-Skilled Joiner to join our specialist Damp & Mould Treatment Team. In this permanent position, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients by providing essential joinery services in properties affected by damp and mould issues.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Carrying out high-quality joinery work in properties experiencing damp and mould problems.
- Installing or repairing doors, windows, skirting, and other woodwork as part of remedial treatment work.
- Collaborating with our team to ensure properties are treated effectively and efficiently.
- Adhering to safety standards while working on damp and mould treatment projects.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction with all work completed.
The Ideal Candidate:
- NVQ or relevant qualification in Joinery (or equivalent).
- A proven track record in joinery, with experience in property maintenance and remedial work.
- Strong understanding of damp and mould treatment processes (although training can be provided).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence (Company van provided).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
