Role: IT Service Management Analyst Location: Reading Duration: 5 months Working pattern (Hybrid,1 or 2 days per week) Note-According to client preference we can accept ILR holders and British Citizens only. Our very large public sector client seeks a generalist Service Management profile to assist with Operational Resilience, Service Continuity Managemente (SCM), Integration with ITIL and Incident Response. Looking at ‘discovery’ of service and the population of data and strategy from the recommendations of a recent audit. Looking at the impact of a high priority service disruption and the resulting triage, whilst looking back to date in a CMDB. Recommending actions from an audit. Service data access Mapping of services Service data access Establishing a mechanism for storing service data Problem management – Build out Major incident management – Build out Ensuring data is accurate to be transferred to service management | IT operations management | customer service management. Nice to have: Playbook experience – Deliver Major Incident Management communications playbooks CSDM (Common Service Data Model) mapping of services CMDB (Configuration Management Database) SMOM ITSCM (IT Service Continuity Management) SERVICE MANAGER, SERVICE MANAGEMENT, ITIL, GOVERNMENT, PUBLIC SECTOR, RESILIENCE, SCM, SERVICE CONTINUITY, INCIDENT.
