You’ll have the opportunity to influence commercial decisions, lead strategic sourcing activity and play a key role in strengthening procurement across the firm.Your New RoleYou’ll take ownership of a varied portfolio of IT and Technology procurement, covering areas including SaaS, software, hardware, networking, telephony and communications.Managing projects across the full procurement life cycle, you’ll partner with key stakeholders to understand requirements, identify opportunities for value, negotiate with suppliers and ensure contracts deliver strong commercial outcomes.Key responsibilities will include:Leading strategic sourcing and procurement projects across IT and Technology.Managing software, hardware, networking and other IT contract renewals.Negotiating SaaS agreements, commercial terms and supplier contracts.Leading tender and supplier selection processes from initial requirements through to contract award and handover.Conducting market analysis and supporting procurement and category strategies.Partnering with Information Security on supplier due diligence and risk.Working with Legal to negotiate appropriate contractual terms and minimise commercial, legal and reputational risk.Building strong relationships with IT, Finance and other stakeholders across the firm.Supporting IT budget planning and management.Managing supplier relationships and ensuring agreements transition smoothly into service.Helping position Procurement as a strategic commercial partner across the organisation.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you’ll have:Prior procurement experience, with strong exposure to IT categories.Excellent knowledge of IT sourcing and procurement processes.Proven experience negotiating SaaS contracts and IT commercial agreements.Experience across areas such as software, hardware maintenance, networking, telephony and communications.Strong contract negotiation experience, including terms and conditions.Previous experience within a professional services environment.Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.The ability to manage multiple procurement projects and priorities simultaneously.A strong commercial mindset and confidence in working with senior stakeholders and suppliers.What you'll get in returnThis is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing Central London firm in a role offering genuine influence and ownership.You’ll work on varied and complex IT procurement projects, gain exposure to senior stakeholders across the business and have the opportunity to make a real impact on procurement strategy, supplier relationships and commercial decision-making. #4772175 - Linda Todd
