We are currently recruiting for a Performance Analyst to join a high-profile public sector digital transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary delivery environment focused on developing and improving customer-facing digital services.
The successful candidate will join a team responsible for supporting a rapidly evolving portfolio of digital forms, helping to ensure that data and insight sit at the heart of decision-making. You will play a key role in shaping how performance data is collected, analysed, and utilised to improve service outcomes and customer experiences.
Working closely with stakeholders and senior analytical professionals, you will help establish meaningful performance frameworks that enable teams to understand and optimise the entire user journey, while supporting wider transformation initiatives across the digital landscape.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and implementing performance measurement frameworks for digital services and forms.
- Working with stakeholders to understand business and user needs and translate these into effective analytical solutions.
- Analysing data across the end-to-end customer journey to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Supporting the development of data-driven decision-making within multidisciplinary agile teams.
- Building queries and creating meaningful insights beyond predefined specifications.
- Collaborating with delivery teams and senior performance analysts to improve how data is collected and utilised.
- Exploring relationships between digital service performance and operational outcomes, including customer contact and casework efficiency.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-moving delivery environment.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Active SC Clearance.
- Proven experience as a Performance Analyst within government or public sector environments.
- Strong understanding of GDS service standards and digital service delivery.
- Experience establishing performance measures and data frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working within agile, multidisciplinary teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with short delivery cycles.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
